Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial/sales role.
• Proven track record in business partnering and supplier relationship management.
• Minimum 15 years experience in international organizations with complex business models.
• Fully proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary sourcing interface to the business unit leadership team.
• Drive early involvement in sales, delivery, and planning processes.
• Define and manage the supplier strategy for the business unit.
• Ensure adherence to sourcing policies and contracting standards.
