A growing venture capital firm is seeking a Head of Sales to establish and lead its Finnish division in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in high-growth environments, an ability to develop sales strategies, and proven success in exceeding revenue targets. As Head of Sales you will be the first person on ground to build and lead our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. You possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process.
