Qualifications

• Significant (8+ years) relevant experience e.g. Manager for infrastructure finance team, Finance Business Partner or management consulting with focus on Technology Infrastructure.
• Proven analytical background and able to operate both deep within the details but also to see the big picture, when working with both numerical and verbal data.
• Effective stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships across Business and Technology.
• Strategic mind-set and results-driven approach.
• Degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Function as trusted financial partner towards Head of Core Technology (Group CTO) and CFO Tech
• Partner with Leaders across Technology to provide financial support, challenge assumptions and drive performance incl. Identifying, explaining and managing cost drivers
• Support on Strategic initiatives within Technology incl. creation and verification of business cases
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc cost control and reporting, providing meaningful and actionable insights and comments including risks & mitigating actions
• Creating purpose by translating strategy into operational and actionable plans to showcase how we create value for our customers and impact business priorities
• Empowering people by identifying individual development opportunities to support growth and encourage them to share own ideas, concerns and learnings
• Driving performance by recognising individual contributions and collective victories to maintain a healthy balance through measurable goals and clear priorities for each team member
