Job description

Role Description The Graphic Designer - Pre-fab role at SIGNWELL ® is a full-time, on-site position based in Ekenäs, Finland. The Graphic Designer will prepare and adapt artwork for pre-fabricated signage and visual materials, ensuring designs meet technical specifications and brand requirements. Daily tasks include creating and refining graphic layouts, collaborating with production teams to finalize files for printing and manufacturing, and maintaining consistency across product lines. The role also involves reviewing proofs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback, and organizing digital assets for efficient workflow. The Graphic Designer will work closely with colleagues to meet deadlines, support continuous improvement of design processes, and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating production-ready artwork for signage or related visual products.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and adapt visual identities that align with established brand guidelines.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including layout, hierarchy, and readability for both print and digital applications.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and basic knowledge of pre-press requirements.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow technical specifications, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site as part of a cross-functional team in Ekenäs, Finland.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design or visual communication; prior experience in signage, manufacturing, or similar environments is an advantage.
