Qualifications

About the Role

This role offers exposure to all stages of construction, from design coordination to site execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of CSA works on site
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Support site inspections to monitor progress and quality of civil, structural, and architectural works
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project standards
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and quality records
• Assist in risk assessments and method statements for CSA activities
• Contribute to problem‑solving and technical solutions during construction

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of CSA principles and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is an advantage
