ICEYE in Espoo is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to develop and maintain both short- and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and material availability.

The role requires collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory and ensure timely execution of plans in a fast-paced, space manufacturing environment. Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials management.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Why this role matters:

As a Supply Planning Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials flow seamlessly across multiple global sites to meet production schedules and customer needs. You will be developing supply plans, balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating across global procurement, production, and logistics teams, and ensuring timely execution of supply plans in a fast-paced new space manufacturing environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

What we’re looking for

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials management, preferably in electronics or high-tech manufacturing.

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, or similar)

  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with BI tools for data visualization and reporting

  • Familiarity with MES and PLM systems

  • Basic Python knowledge for automation, data analysis, or reporting tasks
