We are a fast growing, global technology service company looking for a Global Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and to build growth within selected key account customers globally.

You will work together with our sales teams and global organization consisting of service minded and professional experts.

Your home office is preferably one of our main office locations, Espoo, Vantaa or Tampere. The work will be done in a hybrid model according to our needs, and requires travelling to Customer's and Etteplan's locations, mainly in Finland/Europe.

Your Role

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales, leading and developing global cooperation with your key accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities for long‑term growth. Additionally, you will:

  • Drive exceptional key account experiences by understanding critical customer objectives and applying a value‑driven, solution‑oriented approach to sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identify key decision‑makers and stakeholders, and leverage internal expertise to advance sales opportunities
  • Report and forecast sales performance, and plan proactive sales activities to strengthen relationships and growth within key accounts.
Your experiences and qualifications

We expect you to have solid track record in building customer centric growth and value adding solution sales.

In addition you have:

  • At least five years of evidence of successful international sales and business solution development or project management, in industrial sector
  • Proven track record in B2B sales to high‑level decision‑makers, consistently building trusted partnerships and delivering measurable growth in strategic accounts.
  • Experience of working in technology oriented services e.g. in area of engineering, electronics or software service business
  • Experience on working and leading teams in matrix organization
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in technology or in economics
  • A proactive, hands on, analytical and customer centric approach to work
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, spoken and written
