Job summary

Metso is seeking a Customer Experience Measurement Manager based in Espoo or Tampere, Finland. The role leads Metso’s CX measurement processes and metrics, partnering with a global network to drive insights, reporting, and action. Hybrid work and a strong focus on data-driven improvement define this opportunity.

You will report to the Director, Customer Loyalty and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen customer-focused growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years' experience in customer experience measurement.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficiency with survey tools and CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop Metso’s customer experience measurement process and related metrics.
Manage a global network of CX measurement implementation professionals.
Develop tools, data flows and architecture of CX measurement.
Contribute to improvements in reporting, dashboards, and data accessibility.
Maintain CX measurement process documentation and training materials.
Support stakeholders in understanding, using, and acting upon CX data and insights.
Contribute to organization-wide awareness and engagement around customer experience.
