Job summary

Worker Varsinais-Suomi Oy is seeking energetic glass collectors for Turku's nightlife venues. You will collect and wash glasses, stock ice containers, and keep the dishwashing area supplied, enabling bartenders to shine.

The role is evening, night, and weekend oriented with a minimum age of 18. Previous experience isn’t required as thorough induction is provided, and fluent Finnish is preferred to communicate with the team and guests.

Job description

We are looking for energetic GLASS COLLECTORS for the city's evening restaurants and nightclubs! As a glass collector, you ensure that the restaurant stays clean and the bar staff can shine in their work. You collect and wash glasses, fill ice containers and stocks, and ensure that the dishwashing area has everything needed – always at the right time.

The work is fast‑paced and takes place mainly in the evenings, nights, and weekends. For this reason, we require a minimum age of 18.

The role of a glass collector is one of the most important in a nightclub: without you, the rhythm of the evening would stop. You are the foundation upon which the whole night is built – and a potential future head bartender!

Previous experience is not necessary, as we will provide thorough induction for the task. The most important thing is a hardworking, proactive, and hands‑on attitude. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage.

We hope the applicant has fluent Finnish language skills so that cooperation with the team and customers proceeds effortlessly.
