Job summary

PVX Plus Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing team with full P&L responsibility, reporting to a Group Leader at Vertus/Jonas Software. The role focuses on developing a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and driving revenue growth and profitability.

You will ensure timely achievement of goals by managing personnel and resources, collaborating with the leadership team, and promoting a positive, open workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience.
• Experience managing and driving an effective sales team / sales engine.

• Experience with software development / technical understanding.
• Experience managing a Profit & Loss.
• Proven leader and builder of exceptional effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective resource management.
• Lead weekly reporting, monthly financial reporting, and Quarterly Strategic Review activities.
• Promote the company at conferences, trade shows, vendor meetings and internal Jonas events.
• Develop, motivate and empower a dedicated team to deliver excellent results.
• Take the initiative to implement social events for employees and create an engaging office environment.

POSITION

The position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, financial and leadership skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The financial and resource planning for all aspects of PVX Plus (full P&L responsibility of the revenues and operating expenses of the business) - ensuring the business is financially sound,well managed, and achieves key targets.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating rational revenue growth for the company.
• Coach and develop employees at PVX Plus to help drive company performance and grow their careers.
• Serve as steward of company environment and culture ensuring that PVX Plus is a welcoming, collaborative, open and safe workplace that successfully attracts andretainshuman talent.
• Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
