Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a capable Fullstack Developer in Helsinki to design and build comprehensive software with an AI-first approach. You will influence architecture, own the end-to-end delivery, and collaborate across teams to bring ideas to production.

The role requires 4+ years in fullstack development, strong React.js and Java skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. You’ll work with AI-assisted tools to speed up development, testing, and documentation in a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong skills in React.js or a similar frontend framework (Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Strong skills in Java or another object-oriented language.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Excellent Finnish and English skills.

Fullstack Developer

Build software with AI as your teammate, not just your tool.

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems end to end, from a clean React interface to a solid Java backend. You'll work in a team where AI-assisted and agentic development are part of everyday work, and you'll help shape how we use these tools to build better software, faster.

You'll work across several teams, influence technical decisions, and see your ideas go into production. If you like ownership, learning, and working with modern tech, we'd like to hear from you.
