Job summary

HinoGo Oy in Tampere, Finland is seeking a versatile Full Stack Web & Mobile Engineer to join our development team as we scale a real-time mobility platform. This role covers WordPress, Node.js, React, Python, and Flutter across web and mobile layers.

You will translate UI designs from Figma into production-ready code, support API integrations, and implement AI-driven automations while working in a hybrid setup with on-site Helsinki transition.

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress & PHP expertise: custom themes and large plugin architecture.
• Strong Technical SEO for WordPress: on-page/technical SEO, GTM, Ads API.
• Full-Stack & Mobile: JavaScript/React, Node.js, Python, Flutter.
• Design-to-code: translate Figma mockups to production-ready frontend code.
• Multi-role mindset: handle multiple technical responsibilities in a startup.
• Proficient English writing and speaking.
• Education: Degree or ongoing studies in Software Engineering / CS.

Responsibilities

• Advanced WordPress Architecture: develop and refactor custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• WordPress Technical SEO & Tracking: implement SEO architectures with GTM and Ads API.
• Full-Stack & Mobile Development: build web and cross-platform mobile features using Node.js, Python, React, Flutter.
• UI/UX to Production Code: translate Figma designs into performant UI components.
• Workflows & AI Integration: automate workflows using n8n; integrate AI tools into pipelines.
• Third-Party & API Integrations: payment gateways and telecom APIs (Twilio, Zadarma).
• Server & Operations: manage Linux-based hosting, deployment, and data logic.
