Qualifications

• Senior-level experience — you've been through it, understand that no code is the best code, value simplicity, and understand what good looks like
• A generalist with deep expertise in at least one area — whether it's infrastructure, optimization, or pixel-perfect UIs, you have to be world-class in something
• Hardcore work ethic and obsession with quality
• Strong with React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or similar stack)
• Product-minded: you care about solving real problems, not just tech
