Overview

Join Arctic GM for the 2025-2026 winter season in Rovaniemi, Finland. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to be part of our office team, helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key point of contact, you will play an essential role in our commitment to high-quality, small-group, and private tours. Our deep-rooted history in Lapland, with heritage tracing back 20 generations, ensures an authentic and enriching work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage communication with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Work with booking systems to process and manage reservations.
Qualifications
  • Legal permit to work in the Schengen Area (we do not sponsor work permits).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Previous office or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  • Experience with Bokun or other booking systems is preferred.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
