Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builder contractors to shape the future of autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 USD/hr and offers weekly payments. Most experts work 5-10 hrs/week, with potential up to 40 hours, and can choose their own schedule.

You will help train LLM-style agents, write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents, collaborating with teams to design modular, production-grade systems. Prior backend/AI automation experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail with ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
