About Shook Digital

Shook Digital helps advertisers create high-performing user generated content (UGC) TikTok first videos, typically used on lower-funnel TikTok ad campaigns. Our goal is to scale video production and help our customers understand why a video performs.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Operations Coordinator to support the end-to-end production of TikTok ad campaigns. You’ll collaborate with creators, internal teams, and clients to manage and deliver high-quality UGC content within 20 business days.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and enjoys the balance of operational detail, creator communication, and creativity.

This is a freelance, project-based role with the opportunity for long-term collaboration and increased ownership.

What you'll do:
  • Creator Management: Source, brief, coordinate, and support UGC creators from onboarding to final payment
  • Project Coordination: Own the production workflow—from creative brief through delivery—keeping quality and speed in balance
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside our Creative Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Contribute ideas for modular ad concepts and testing ideas

  • Experience with UGC, short-form video, or TikTok-first creative
  • Able to overlap with our core working hours (Central European Time)

  • Experience in performance marketing, UGC production, or creative strategy
  • Familiarity with modular video structures (hooks, USPs, CTAs)
  • Ability to analyze ad performance data or testing results

Interview Process
