Job summary

Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut Uusimaa Oy in Kouvola is seeking a skilled formwork carpenter who can work independently in a concrete factory, manufacturing formwork and handling elements with initiative. Start dates will be arranged with the right person, and there is potential for a permanent position on our client’s assembly line.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety compliance (occupational safety card or ability to obtain one), good drawing-reading skills, and strong teamwork as you integrate

Qualifications

• Experience in formwork production and element work.
• Valid safety cards or ability to obtain them before starting.
• Finnish or English language proficiency (Swedish not required).
• Good drawing-reading skills.
• High work ethic.
• Strong social skills to interact with colleagues even in tight situations.

Job description

We are looking for a skilled formwork carpenter who can work independently in a concrete factory. The role involves manufacturing formwork and working with elements; the candidate should be capable of taking initiative and working without supervision. Start dates will be arranged with the right person, with work expected to continue into the autumn, and a strong performer may have the opportunity to secure a permanent position in our client’s assembly line.
