Job summary

Stryker Finland is seeking a Sales Business Manager to promote and sell the Foot & Ankle portfolio across Finland, with a focus on the southern region. You will build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and drive revenues while delivering outstanding service to hospitals and clinicians.

The role requires 6+ years in sales, a relevant degree, fluency in Finnish and English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience, including sales experience.
• Degree or equivalent, preferably in fields such as business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare or in any other relevant areas.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Commercial and financial acumen: you are enthusiastic about (medical) technology - your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you.
• Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections. You also consider yourself a great team player.
• You demonstrate adaptability, organizational, analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• You have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Finland as this position involves customer interaction in the field.

Responsibilities

• Familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships, customer loyalty and sales growth.
• Develop and execute business plans. You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.
• With the product knowledge you'll develop, you will inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
• Support in tenders, prepare quotes for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales
• Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience - and with colleagues from other Stryker Commercial divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.
