Finnair is seeking a Fleet Transitions Program Manager to lead planning, coordinating and delivering the technical execution of aircraft phase-in, phase-out, and entry-into-service programs. You will ensure all technical activities meet regulatory, contractual, schedule, and quality requirements while coordinating multiple stakeholders.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years in aircraft engineering or technical operations, experience with deliveries/returns, and fluent English.

Finnair Technical Operations are looking for a Fleet Transitions Program Manager to join our Technical Fleet Transitions team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the technical execution of aircraft phase-in, phase-out, and entry-into-service programs. You will ensure all technical activities are completed in line with regulatory, contractual, schedule, and quality requirements while coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve predictable and efficient aircraft transitions.
