Job summary

Voi Technology AB is seeking a Fleet Specialist in Helsinki to maintain scooters, support field teams, and ensure smooth operations across the two frontline groups. You will handle on-site repairs, battery changes, and logistics to keep our fleet ready for use.

The role requires a Finnish driver’s license, fluent English, and practical mechanical skills. It is a part‑time 60% position lasting four months, with on-site duties and close collaboration with the UK-based Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Finnish driver’s license is required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with tools or mechanical practices.
• Knowledge of Helsinki and local driving.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters.
• Search for and collect damaged scooters.
• Battery replacement and on-site repairs of scooters.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Recycling and dismantling unreparable vehicles.
• Assist with acceptance, packaging, and provisioning of new vehicles and batteries.
• Support on-site team with damaged vehicles and setup of fallen vehicles.
