Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Finnish-speaking customer care specialist in Chania, Crete, to support a leading Nordic home appliance brand with relocation assistance and free furnished accommodation.

You will serve Finnish customers as the first point of contact, handling inquiries by phone and email with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy, while building valuable experience on a popular Greek island.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Good knowledge in written and spoken English.
• Swedish is an asset.
• Empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer support or complaints is an asset.
• Strong communication and soft skills; proactive mindset.
• Computer knowledge including MS programs.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customer requests for the Nordic brand.
