Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Associate Process Specialist with Finnish (permanent) to join the Daily Banking Services in a full-time capacity. You will support the customer lifecycle, learn processes quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders across Nordea to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Fluent Finnish (native or C1) and good English are required, with strong Excel/Outlook skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow within the specialist path.

Qualifications

• Finnish native or C1 level; good command of English.
• MS Office tools (Outlook and Excel) and basic IT knowledge.
• Financial background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level.
• Handle routine tasks following guidelines and timelines.
• Co-operate with stakeholders across Nordea.
• Identify and propose improvements to reduce risk and cost.
