Qualifications

Native or fluent Finnish (written and spoken).
Strong English communication skills for international collaboration.
Experience in content moderation or digital safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate GenAI-generated content in Finnish to ensure safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bias in AI models.
Label and categorize content to improve ML training datasets.
Maintain high quality to support safety policies of social platforms.
Provide feedback on language nuances to improve AI responses.
Stay updated on social media trends and trust & safety guidelines.
Support moderation workflows with data-driven analysis.
