Job summary

UNU-WIDER in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Finance Associate to join our global Finance team. You will provide financial and budgetary services, support transparent use of resources, and ensure integrity of financial processes in accordance with UN and UNU regulations.

You will coordinate and supervise the work of Finance staff, contribute to planning and reporting, and help maintain financial controls across projects and operations.

Job description

UNU-WIDER is hiring a Finance Associate in Helsinki, Finland. As Finance Associate you will be part of our global Finance team. Your responsibilities include provision of financial and budgetary services, supporting effective and transparent utilization of financial resources and integrity of financial services consistent with UN and UNU regulations and rules. You will also coordinate and oversee the work of the personnel in the Finance team.
