Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is hiring a full-time Field HR Manager to support hospital locations across the US. You will partner with hospital leadership and the ETHOS People Team to implement HR programs, ensure compliance, and deliver people-centered HR services in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Key duties include employee relations, investigations, onboarding and offboarding, policy interpretation, wage and labor law adherence, and collaboration with Payroll and Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years proven work experience as a Field HR Manager or similar role.
• Ability to travel to Kansas sites frequently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct HR support to ETHOS field locations and leadership.
• Support employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and inquiries.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and performance management processes.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Total Rewards, and other centers of excellence.
