Job summary

Visio Health is seeking construction helpers to support factory construction projects in the Kotka region. Roles include assisting with insulation installation, scaffolding and protective coverings, penetrations, doors and coatings.

A proactive attitude and some construction experience are valued, with Finnish language required on-site. Starting July–August, positions are fixed-term with postings extending beyond one year.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction tasks on factory sites.
• Possession of valid occupational safety card or plan to obtain before starting.
• Good Finnish language skills for on-site supervision.
• High work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Good social skills and ability to work with people in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction tasks on factory sites, including installing insulation, scaffolding and protective coverings.
• Make penetrations, install doors and coatings as required.
• Support site supervisors with routine tasks and safety compliance.
