Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in business, pharmaceuticals or engineering.
• Experience in supply chain activities, supplier relationship management, strategic procurement or other relevant field.
• Business‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership and networking skills.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with assigned suppliers in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure product availability, cost competitiveness and profitability of your product and supplier portfolio.
• Monitor supplier performance, follow up agreed actions, and manage supplier- and supply chain-related risks.
• Support new business opportunities, tenders and on-time launches by providing supply chain input on feasibility, cost impact and timelines.
• Manage contract lifecycles and support contract compliance within the assigned supplier portfolio.
• Drive supply chain development, continuous improvement and sustainability-related supplier actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business, sales, quality, product lifecycle management, regulatory affairs and packaging technology.
