Job summary

Hannes Snellman Advokatbyrå Ab seeks an associate attorney specializing in energy and infrastructure transactions to strengthen its Real Assets Team in Helsinki. You will work with experienced colleagues on energy and infrastructure-related deals, drafting, reviewing, and performing due diligence on major projects.

The role emphasizes proactive learning, strong analytical skills, and clear communication to deliver world-class advice to clients in Finnish, Nordic, and international markets.

Qualifications

• A genuine personal interest in business law and the energy and infrastructure landscape.
• At least two years of practical experience (more experienced candidates are also welcome).
• A forward-looking, analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for providing world-class advice to our clients.
• Clear, open, and constructive communication skills to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish and other languages would be considered a plus).

Responsibilities

• Draft, comment, and review legal documents related to energy and infrastructure transactions.
• Carry out research and due diligence on projects and counterparties.
• Deal with authorities and coordinate with colleagues across the team.
