Job summary

Avustaja.fi Avustajapalvelut in Loviisa seeks a personal assistant for 30 hours per month to support daily living. You will provide guidance with daily chores and assist during leisure time, with mornings preferred and shifts flexibly negotiable.

Experience with autism spectrum is an advantage. Work starts immediately upon finding a suitable assistant. Remuneration follows the collective agreement for private social services; Finnish language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and tolerant personality.
• Willingness to genuinely help others.
• Criminal record extract for working with elderly and disabled.
• Finnish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily chores and provide assistance during leisure time.
• Support customer’s independence and well-being.
• Shifts are negotiable with a preference for morning hours.
• Start date is immediate upon finding a suitable assistant.
