Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Director of Solutions Architecture for the EMEA region. You will lead a customer-facing technical organization and partner closely with Sales leadership to deliver strategic value across multiple markets.

The role focuses on building and scaling teams, defining operating models, and driving traction with CIOs, CTOs and senior executives while shaping Nebius’s AI-driven cloud roadmap. Remote from Europe welcomed.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience with hiring, coaching and developing leaders.
• Track record leading customer-facing technical teams across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Experience building and scaling regional Solutions Architecture or similar tech orgs.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across multiple countries and markets in EMEA.
• Own the engagement model for EMEA in partnership with regional Sales leadership.
• Establish priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the regional team.
• Develop and scale the organization as business grows, including hiring and mentoring senior engineers.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs and other senior stakeholders across strategic customers and partners.
