Job summary

Nebius, the cloud AI infrastructure innovator, is seeking a Director, Solutions Architecture EMEA to lead our customer-facing technical teams across the region. You will partner with Sales leadership to shape coverage, build an operating model, and scale a high-performing organization.

As a seasoned people leader, you will coach senior technologists, drive strategic customer engagements, and influence Nebius product direction. Remote work from Europe is supported as Nebius scales across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience with hiring and coaching senior technical professionals.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building, scaling and operating regional technical organizations.
• Player-coach mentality, able to lead strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA tech market and cross-cultural operations.
• Ability to bridge technical and business dimensions in complex engagements.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Thrives in fast-growing environments with evolving teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture team across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Own the engagement model for EMEA in partnership with regional Sales leadership.
• Set priorities, operating mechanisms and performance expectations for the regional team.
• Scale the organization through hiring, coaching and leadership development.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure and AI/ML leaders at strategic accounts.
• Represent the voice of EMEA customers to Nebius Product and Technology teams.
