Softability is seeking a Control Software Engineer to join our Helsinki project team. You will develop embedded control software for industrial drives and power conversion systems, using C, C++, and Python, and work with control algorithms and verification.

The role blends software and electrical/control engineering, with a hybrid work model requiring two onsite days weekly in the Helsinki Metropolitan area. Fluency in English is required; Finnish is a plus.
