The Role
We are hiring four Electrical Site Supervisors to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project. Each supervisor will take ownership of one of the following areas of the electrical scope:
- Energy Marshall (Temporary Power & LOTO)
- HV/MV Systems Supervisor
- Generator Package Supervisor
- Containment & Small Power Supervisor
You will oversee installation activities within your assigned scope, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and ensure the works are delivered safely, to the required quality, and in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and access requirements to ensure installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements, and the project programme.
- Oversee works within your specialization:
- Energy Marshall: manage temporary power, energization processes, LOTO procedures, and safe energization control.
- HV/MV: installation of switchgear, transformers, cabling, terminations, and energization readiness.
- Generator Package: installation and integration of generator systems, fuel systems interfaces, and testing.
- Containment & Small Power: cable tray, ladder, trunking systems, and low-voltage small power installations.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspections.
- Enforce strict adherence to health & safety standards, including permit-to-work systems.
- Support testing & commissioning (T&C) and energization activities.
- Monitor installation progress against the project programme, identify emerging delays, and coordinate recovery actions to protect key delivery milestones.
- Identify and resolve technical, coordination, and installation issues.
- Liaise with QA/QC, HSE, design, and commissioning teams.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labour hours, completed quantities, inspection status, constraints, and progress updates.
Requirements
- Relevant electrical trade qualification, technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of electrical site supervision experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centres or other mission-critical environments.
- Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Energization / energy isolation (LOTO) and temporary power
- HV/MV electrical systems
- Generator installations and integration
- Cable containment and LV distribution / small power
- Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments is strongly preferred.

- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, etc.) and local electrical codes.
- Experience working in fast-track, multi-contractor environments.
What We Offer
You’ll be part of a high-profile data centre project and work alongside an experienced international delivery team in a dynamic, fast-paced site environment. With responsibility for a defined area of the electrical scope, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with subcontractors and different project teams, solve challenges as they arise, and see your work through from installation to energization and commissioning. We offer competitive compensation and a lunch benefit, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a complex, large-scale data centre project.
