Job description

Electrical installer for industrial projects in Kajaani. We are seeking electricians for industrial electrical installations in Kajaani region. The role offers opportunity to work on technically interesting and large-scale projects in environments such as data centres, production facilities and other modern industrial sites. We welcome both experienced installers and those eager to grow their skills in demanding installation settings. Work starts as agreed and for skilled workers there may be a chance for longer‑term employment.

Responsibilities

As an electrical installer you will work on diverse industrial projects and participate in building electrical systems from installation to commissioning. Tasks may include building cable trays and other cable routing, pulling cables, and installing and wiring electrical panels, devices and various electrical equipment. Depending on project and phase you may also engage in measurements, testing and commissioning. Additional duties may include fault finding and various maintenance tasks. You will work with the rest of the project organization and uphold safety, precise workmanship and compliance with electrical regulations and agreed operating procedures.

Requirements

We expect a background in electrical engineering or related field and prior experience in electrical installations. Experience from industrial environments, data centres or automation installations is beneficial, but crucial is motivation to learn and take on new tasks. We value responsible and precise work habits and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Project conditions can change quickly, so flexibility and good cooperation skills are advantageous. Valid safety and electrical safety cards are considered an asset.
