Job summary

Worker Finland Oy is seeking earthmoving workers for Pirkanmaa on the upcoming season across multiple construction sites. We collaborate on sewerage, municipal infrastructure and road projects, among others.

We offer paid work according to collective agreements or better, provide appropriate gear and assist with obtaining required cards, with a reachable worker contact person for employment matters. After interviews, next steps are shared within a few days.

Qualifications

• Earthworks experience or education in the field.
• Good attitude and proactive work approach.
• Punctual, compliant and adaptable to different environments and teams.
• Good physical condition and safety card (over 18).

Job description

We are seeking earthmoving workers for Pirkanmaa for the upcoming season, across various construction sites.

Our clients include sewerage, municipal infrastructure and water and sewerage, foundation and substructure works, road and infra construction sites.

We look forward to your application if you have:

• previous experience in earthworks tasks or education in the field
• a good attitude and proactive work approach
• punctuality, compliance, ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and teams, willingness to ask for help and to undertake onboarding and new learning
• good physical condition
• you are over 18 and hold a safety card
• Driving license B and own car are advantageous
• Previous experience in earthworks and use of lasers is also beneficial
