Job description

The City of Kankaanpää is continuously recruiting early childhood education assistants for short-term and long-term substitute positions.

Applicants are expected to have education in early childhood education, previous work experience in similar roles, good interaction and cooperation skills, and a genuine interest in supporting children's well-being, growth, and learning. The working language in the daycares is Finnish, and good proficiency in Finnish is required. Additional language skills are welcomed.

The role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work in children's daily lives and gain experience in diverse tasks. Identity, work, and degree certificates will be verified during a potential interview, and a criminal record extract will be checked in accordance with current legislation.
