We are seeking a Director, AI Lab to join us at Rovio to drive the transformation of our business. This new created role will drive our adoption of Gen-AI across our games business. At Rovio, we are excited by the possibilities to create new gaming experiences and richer content for our players (art, levels, marketing, etc.), while radically changing the way we craft games.
You will lead the work of our AI Lab, focusing on leveraging Gen-AI to incubate, validate and then scale your work across our business. We expect you to leverage your experiences of gaming and your passion for AI to identify high-impact opportunities with our game leads and their teams, and seek to fully unlock the potential of AI. You and your team will frequently embed within our game teams to bring projects to life.

This is a hybrid role based in our Espoo, Stockholm or Barcelona office, and we require regular onsite presence. If you are not currently located in Finland, Sweden or Spain, we provide relocation support.
