Overview

Are you ready to tackle exciting and growing cloud data solutions? Tietoevry Create is a leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. Our Finnish unit helps around 130 clients with diverse software development needs. We work across multiple industries, including banking, insurance, pensions, forestry, retail, logistics, as well as both the public and private sectors.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to help develop our customers' cloud data platform solutions. Your responsibilities will include engaging in highly interesting assignments with the biggest companies in Finland, performing hands-on development for customer deliveries. We expect you to have proven skills in the latest data technologies and a passion for continuously learning new things.

You will be part of Tietoevry Create, the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the following:

Responsibilities

• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Familiarity with SQL and programming languages such as Python
• Data Vault or other data modeling methodologies
• Power BI is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in key technical roles/data projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with customer representatives
• Proficiency in both Finnish and English

Location

We have offices across Finland: Espoo, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Turku, and more. If possible, you can also work remotely from other locations.
