Job summary

Oura is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Research Operations team in Helsinki. You will build data pipelines, manage databases, and create dashboards to support algorithm development, partnering with cross-functional teams to monitor studies and ensure data quality.

You will work with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS and Databricks, explore automated solutions, and help grow best practices across engineering and research disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience with Python and SQL in production-quality code.
• Experience with cloud/data platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, databases, and dashboards for algorithm development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ongoing research studies; ensure data integrity.
