Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking a Project Manager (IT and connectivity) to lead data centre projects in the Helsinki area with travel to sites across Finland. You will coordinate telecommunications connections, manage schedules and align clients, operators and contractors to deliver technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong telecom/fibre optics experience, proven client-facing project delivery skills and established relations with Finnish operators.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, fibre optic infrastructure or similar technical field.
• Experience coordinating technical projects in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage schedules.
• Established working relationships with Finnish telecom operators or contractors.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Finland.
• Finnish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of telecommunications and fibre optic connections across data centre projects.
• Manage project schedules, monitor milestones and coordinate dependencies with clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finnish telecom operators and infrastructure contractors.
• Coordinate the work of operators, installation contractors and other stakeholders across project phases.
• Act as main point of contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication on requirements, progress and priorities.
• Identify risks, resolve collaboration and scheduling challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Leverage local industry knowledge to support smooth project delivery.
