Job summary

Enexa Partners in Espoo is seeking a Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Construction Manager to lead the CSA coordination for a 48MW data centre project as a turnkey general contractor. The role involves coordinating civil, structural, and architectural work packages, managing safety, quality, and schedule, and supporting commercial activity on a fast-track build in Finland.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction site experience.
• Strong background in Managing and Successfully Completing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Ability to maintain overview of entire project while managing all Technical aspects.
• Experience in Scheduling, Programming, and Sequencing, including 4 and 12 week look-ahead forecasts.
• Experience in effectively Managing Internal Construction teams.
• Experience in delivery of Large-Scale Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage the Co-Ordination of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Manage and support the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) team (Supervisors, Engineers, and Package Managers).
• Manage Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Project Safety Team.
• Drive a culture of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental matters within the team.
• Plan and monitor Procurement, Design, Engineering, and Installation aspects for CSA works.
• Develop a Project Delivery Strategy and support commercial in Scope of Work documents and sub-contract packages.
• Review Client Design and ensure alignment with standards while protecting commercial position.
• Manage QA/QC site plans with our QA/QC team to ensure compliance.
• Lead day-to-day site operations with contractors, focusing on safety and QA/QC.
• Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA supply chain members.
• Maintain sub-contractor documentation and prepare for handover.
• Attend site meetings, reviews, and handover meetings.
• Issue daily/weekly reports to Project Management team.
• Support commercial meetings to consider variations and client changes.
• Review drawings and builders works for MEP coordination.
