The role involves providing on-site technical support, including hardware troubleshooting, server rack management, and emergency response. Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus. This position requires flexible availability for urgent requests and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with server hardware, networking, and cabling standards.
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling).
• Install and decommission server racks.
• Manage cross-connect and patch panel tasks.

Skills

Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure

Knowledge of server hardware

Strong communication skills in English

Ability to lift 25kg+ equipment

Education

Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
