Job summary

Eltel Networks Oy is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for its Data Center projects in the Nordics. This 100% site-based role focuses on leading execution safely and efficiently on the ground, coordinating crews and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with CAD tools; bilingual Finnish/English is required for project environments.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical (B.Sc., M.Sc.) or a strong practical trade background.
• Experience leading site teams on industrial, substations or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, resource management and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site work direction, schedule adherence and construction phase organization.
• Ensure adequate skilled personnel and materials; manage equipment procurement and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards and HSE protocols.
• Collaborate with client and project organization; manage comprehensive site reporting.
