Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Finland is seeking an Analyst Trainee in Data & Analytics to help uncover the key drivers behind client businesses. You will build data-driven solutions, analyze datasets, and bridge data owners with users across Nordic projects.

You will collaborate with a diverse team, work on private equity and corporate transactions, and develop skills in Python, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud/data-platform tools. Fluency in English and strong academics are required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s or equivalent degree in accounting, finance, economics or engineering.
• Strong academic performance.
• General business acumen and interest in finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in data processing using Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven solutions to uncover drivers of business performance for M&A clients.
• Analyse structured and unstructured datasets and bridge data owners with users.
• Collaborate with Nordic team and work on projects in Finland and abroad.
