Job summary

Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue etsii Data Analystia terveydenhuollon datan ja raportoinnin kehittämiseen. Tehtävä keskittyy raportointikehitykseen Power BI -ympäristössä sekä datan hallintaratkaisujen kehittämiseen osana dat governance -tiimiä.

Työ sijoittuu Vantaalle hybridiratkaisulla, jossa osa työstään on etätyötä. Edellyttää korkeakoulututkintoa sekä kokemusta Power BI:stä ja modernien tietoalustojen käytöstä (Azure Synapse).

Qualifications

• Korkeakoulututkinto ja kokemusta Power BI -työkaluista ja vastaavista raportointialustoista.
• Kokonaisarkkitehtuurin ymmärrys sekä datan käsittely suurten tietomassojen visualisoinnissa.
• Terveydenhuollon datan ja tilastojen käsittelystä ja/tai analysoinnista koulutus.

Responsibilities

• Kehittää ja ylläpitää automatisoituja raportointiputkistoja.
• Tuottaa Power BI -raportteja ja visualisointeja johtoportaalle.
• Ylläpitää datan hallintaratkaisua osana datan hallinta -tiimiä ja tukea ketteriä kehitysprojekteja.

Job description

This vacancy is for a Data Analyst in the health care domain at the Northern and Kerava region health authority. The role focuses on developing the health-care reporting environment for data governance, creating automated and clear dashboards and reports (Power BI as the primary tool), and ensuring reports are user-friendly for top management in health care. The analyst will design and develop Power BI reports, maintain the data governance solution as part of the data governance team, and contribute to agile development sprints. The position requires a higher university degree and experience with Power BI products and modern data platforms such as Azure Synapse or data lake. Knowledge of health care data and statistics is a strong asset. The job is in Vantaa with hybrid work arrangements allowing partial remote work. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated reporting pipelines, producing dashboards and data visualizations, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
