Job summary

Kalmar is seeking a Cyber Security Lead to embed robust security measures across digital solutions. You will be the bridge between development teams, internal divisions, and the Kalmar cyber security community, guiding secure cloud and IoT offerings and driving proactive security practices.

You will report to the Chief SW Architect and contribute to continuous improvement of development pipelines, risk management, and secure coding standards in a global context.

Qualifications

• Academic foundation in computer science or information security.
• Proven background applying cyber security principles to software or system development.
• Experience with secure development lifecycles and threat modeling.
• Ability to translate security requirements for non-security stakeholders.
• Bonus: cloud and IoT security knowledge (AWS) and PKI) is a plus.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the Secure Development Lifecycle and cyber security clock within Digital Solutions, ensuring IEC 62443 compliance.
• Lead project security reviews, identify threats, analyze risks, and implement pragmatic mitigations.
• Act as trusted advisor across Kalmar divisions translating security requirements for non-security stakeholders.
