Could you be the full-time onsite Customer Director in Helsinki, Finland we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your customer relationship management and business development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty while growing business opportunities with a diverse portfolio of clients.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sales, Tendering, Market & Strategy, and Product Platforms), contribute to project execution and profitability, and champion a customer-centric culture across the organization and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and being the prevalent authority on all customer issues,
  • Growing business by selling existing/new products to existing customers to maximize revenue and profits,
  • Contributing to negotiations during the tender phase,
  • Contributing to the success of project execution, in partnership with the Project Manager,
  • Managing the Profit & Loss of the project in partnership with the Platform Director and Project Manager,
  • Identifying new business opportunities with your customers, gathering their key data, and sharing this information with internal teams ,
  • Leading and participating in key business processes such as the Business Opportunity Review (BOR), Go/No Go decisions, and Tender Review Meetings (TRM),
  • Applying ALSTOM rules on ethics and compliance in all selling and customer management activities,
  • Securing and regularly measuring customer satisfaction

  • Experience or understanding of customer relationship management in the rail, transportation, or project engineering industry,

  • A certification or communication skill such as excellent public speaking or negotiation skills,
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders ,
  • Competitive awareness to understand and address market dynamics,
  • Resilience and adaptability to perform in a demanding and changing environment ,
  • International mindset with high proficiency in Finnish and English.
