CSA Lead: Data Centre Construction Delivery

Job summary

Cititec is seeking an experienced CSA Lead to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major data centre construction project. You will own site execution, subcontractor coordination, programme delivery, quality assurance and commercial performance.

Collaborating with project management, engineering and planning teams, you will ensure CSA activities meet safety, quality and schedule requirements while driving continuous improvement and clear progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in the construction industry delivering CSA packages.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Chartered status in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery on complex construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, commercial controls, variations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil, Structural and Architectural works across the project.
• Oversee day to day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with approved construction plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor workforce levels and track progress against programme milestones.
• Work with project management, engineering and planning teams to maintain programme alignment and resolve site issues.
• Maintain site safety procedures, quality assurance processes and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, labour, materials, plant and equipment, valuations and variations with the commercial team.
• Review construction drawings and setting-out to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate builders' work drawings and service interface requirements.
• Manage inspections, snagging and close-out of CSA works.
• Ensure subcontractor documentation and QA records are maintained.
• Attend progress meetings, technical reviews and handovers.
• Prepare progress reports, safety updates and workforce forecasts.
• Support change control processes and document cost implications.
• Drive timely completion of close-out activities including final accounts and handover docs.
• Promote effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
