Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Helsinki is seeking ambitious Analyst Interns to join our Nordic Corporate Finance team. You will work on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions as well as capital markets and fundraising, interacting with international and local clients.

As part of a high-performing team, you will gather data, analyze markets, conduct valuations, and attend client meetings. Strong academic record and fluency in Finnish/English (Swedish a plus) are expected.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or finalizing an academic degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Fluent skills in Finnish and English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working independently with support to prepare client presentations and deliverables
• Gathering and analyzing information on companies in various industries
• Conducting company valuations and market analysis
• Attending client meetings
