The job is a trainee position in corporate banking, offering a 6–8 month apprenticeship designed to develop the candidate into a professional in corporate client activities. The trainee program focuses on learning the corporate banking business and practical tasks while providing exposure to other business areas of the bank.
Responsibilities include supporting corporate clients with financing and daily banking, analyzing loan applications, preparing financing proposals, developing new client relationships, and assisting in wealth management services and private banking operations. The trainee will observe daily work of experts and participate in client meetings.
The compensation for the internship is decided based on prior skills, experience, and education. We expect analytical work, fast learning ability, and a strong desire to grow in corporate banking. We value understanding of corporate finances, ability to analyze business performance, and prior experience in finance or related studies. You may be at the end of your studies, recently graduated or have some work experience, and you should be able to work full-time during the trainee period.
The program will take place across Varsinais‑Suomi and Satakunta, with offices in Turku, Rauma, Uusikaupunki and Laitila, and willingness to travel between locations.
